      In the Shop manager > Knowledgebase
      The popup window strips text formatting
      In the admin Knowledgebase text area I have formatting ie – Bold, bullets etc
      But on front end Shop manager > Knowledgebase this formatting has been stripped

      Can you please let me know if there is a setting I can set to show text formatting
