      Stripe split pay test

      Hi,
      how do we test the payout process with Stripe Split Pay? I have the Stripe account in test mode and see the test payment come through in Stripe but how do I see that the payout to the vendor was processed? It seems that unless Stripe is in live mode there is not a way to test the payouts?
      I would like to test payout to a vendor where the vendor has requested a withdrawal to their PayPal account. Please clarify this.

      Hi

      I had the same thought, the way i did it, and probably not the most elegant way was to create a second stripe account, and sign up as a test vendor.
      then i joined my testing vendors stripe account to the websites stripe account

      this way i could follow the flow of the funds through my website and to stripe (the sites account) and then through to the vendors account(my second stripe account)

      once you get your head around the flow its quite easy to follow.

      this is the best way i have found, but as i said it may not be the most elegant of solutions
