Status Updated notification not working

Hi all,

Status Updated in notification is not working for Admin. i have kept it on for admin and off for vendor.

If i keep on for vendor, vendor gets all the notification. It is not working for admin.

Notification like Payment Failed, Order failed ….

– Well, WCFM has no notification for such conditions for Admin.

WC has such email notification for Admin, please be sure those are enable at WC Email Setting.

PFA, Status update am talking.
when enabled for vendor they starts getting cancelled order email.
But Admin is not getting

Tested….
Notifcation is working on admin status updates and email also sent to the right notif on email settings.
but will notify again if something happend. 🙂

Mostly for failed order am not able to get, where as vendor gets the email when turned on

Failed or Canceled?

How to get a failed order by any chances?

for me, if customer not pay yet then it will be canceled and email goes to all (admin, customer and vendor)

so when it failed I never get any email because I never got failed orders. can you descrive how to get failed orders?
so I will try to reproduce it if its working or not. Thanks.

HI,

Well, failed and canceled order are by default disabled for vendors.

Actually, vendor order does not generate for such order status.

But, vendor may receive email for these order as email send out as soon as order placed, but WooCommerce later mark those cancelled or failed depending upon payment gateway notification (IPN).

Well, is this status change done by Admin? If so, then Admin will not receive any notification.

But of vendor change order status then Admin will receive notification for that.

Status changed automatic. You go to payment portal page and either u cancel or close tab.
Then after soome time status change.

OK, this plugin has no effect on “cancelled orders”

have you try to install these 2 of Notification plugin?

1. Manage Notification E-mails By Virgial Berveling | View details
2. Notification By BracketSpace | View details

The only I cannot get notification is for vendor site on push notification (app) and I still testing it. email notif is all good.
