      Hi Guys

      it appears I have an issue with the withdraw payment setting

      I’m using stripe split pay, and this sends the money directly to the vendor (we pass 100% to the vendor)

      however, in the vendor’s earnings, nothing is showing

      in the vendors ledgerbook there is a payment pending (for which they have already received the money)

      I have attached an image of my withdraw settings, which worked when in test mode correctly

      do you know why the vendors dashboard shown no earnings (payment pending) but they have already received the funds?

      Hi Guys

      just to let you know, I have sorted the issue,

      this issue is sorted, I had to restore the database due to a hosting issue and everything looks correct to me now

      please close this ticket
