I’m having an issue with “Add Product” media folder, when I’m trying to add image to product media folder open on the bottom of page (screen attached)
impossible to add image as “Choose Image” button is out of frame.

When I’m logged as administrator everything works fine, media folder open as popup.
I set all capabilities to ON in Store Manager, no improvement so I changed all WP capabilities for “Store Vendor” role to ON, media folder keep opening beneath.
Could you check where the issue is?
      Cheers
      Kris

      Hi,

      It’s possibly theme CSS problem.

Well, please give me a demo vendor account to check this.

      Thank You

      HI,

You have some caching plugins, can you please disable those once!

      Thank You

      Hi,

Really strange, only affects vendor. – because that plugin adding restriction on vendor users but not on Admin users. Please check, if there has any option to allow by user role!

      Thank You
