Store manager no show-up for admin

I installed this about a week ago and it has been preforming brilliantly but for some reason now I can access fron-end store manager for vendors no problems there at all but my back-end admin one will not display. Even the Store manager name in the user account page for admin doesn’t appear there and trying to access the page directly doesn’t come up at all.

I have tried clearing caches and checked settings nothing has changed.

Any ideas as to why please.

I can but how do I upload it to you, there is file upload options on here.
As I was not able to find help I tried to see what I could do myself so I created a store ‘AS ADMIN” thought the front-end going through the same process normal users would and I gave me a store but not the ADMIN dashboard of Store Manager.
So now I am trying to delete that store account but I am afraid that if I do it will delete my admin account along with it.

So I am suck between a hard rock and stone wall here.

“I do it will delete my admin account along with it.” – WCFM has no option to delete an account, max you can disable an vendor account.
