Store manager not working

      Hi, i just came across your plugin and it’s really nice but the store manager is not working at all. Also, when i tried to register as a customer,the email to continue the registration process didn’t come up.

      When i try to click on the tabs like “module” from the settings, it does not respond. same with every other tab.

      With the registration, i don’t receive any email to confirm i have registered.

      Hi,

      Kindly check at Google chrome browser console, there has JavaScript error in your site that’s why setting tabs are not working.

      In fact, such errors will block whole WCFM dashboard functionality.

      Please resolve this and everything will start working smoothly.

      One more thing,why is the registration form not working.It does not inform me that i have registered.

      Hi,

      Yeah off course it notify registered user and admin as well.

      Kindly install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

      It will show you triggered mail logs, you will be sure emails are send out or not!

      Sometimes mails are reached at spam or junk folder due to mail server miss-configuration.

      Between, you are using WCFM Marketplace default registration, right?
