  I’ve gone through those help and info, but it doesn’t show why my SUPPORT button doesn’t seem to work when a user clicks it.

  Hi,
  As i already mentioned you in another thread, your site has some JavaScript errors so WCfM buttons are not working.
  Please resolve those errors and everything will start working smoothly!
