      Dear support, for the Support Ticket module in Ultimate.
      Is there a way to make sure more then one admin gets an email that a new support ticket has arrived?

      Sure, you may setup this from WCFM Admin Setting -> Email Setting -> New Support -> add multiple emails comma separated.
