      Hello,

      I want to handle all the support on my site so I have turned this feature off for vendors and kept it just for me. However, is there a way for customers to open support tickets for general requests and not just order or product specific? A support form shortcode would be perfect.

      – NO, Enquiry module is there for the purpose. Support Ticket is only for Orders.
