Support Ticket in Buyer Dashboard missing

      Hi, buyer has created support ticket after order complete and vendor already replied to that support ticket.

      However, buyer can’t view the support ticket in their dashboard (as attached) and it is blank.

      Please assist. Thanks.

      Does this buyer raised any support ticket yet for his any orders?

      Yes. After the order completion, the buyer raised the support ticket to the vendor. From vendor dashboard, vendor can see and reply to that support ticket. But show nothing in the buyer dashboard.
