text editor error when edit product

      Hi, I have a big problem.
      When I was editing my product. The problem is that the text editor is basically white and has no buttons.
      Other menu items are not clickable. And no save button.
      I don’t know how it happened, since when.

      Can you please share me a demo vendor access for your site to check this once?

      Between, do you have “MapPress” plugin installed? If so, then please deactivate this and take a look.

      Yes, MapPress.
      I close this plug-in. No problem at all.
      I suspect this plugin has been installed for a long time. Why did the problem arise?

      That’s great to know issue resolved for you 🙂

      We are also debugging this, we heard for other users MapPress latest version causing some issues.
