      Hi,
      I have observed that when i get an inquiry or support query. The text Area/Editor does not respond. I try to click on it so that it shows the mouse pointer so i can reply the inquiry but it does not show.
      I want the editor to be just a normal text area and not the wp-editor.
      I have seen something like this in my theme before and i solved it by changing the text editor for that section, but i cannot find the option to do that here.

      Hi,

      Can you please be sure one thing, there is no JS error in your site?
      Please check this at Google Chrome Browser console.

      I think there has some error and that disabled editor from writing!

      I have confirmed that there is no js error on my site.
      This happens from all platforms where i open the vendor dasboard.
      All other text editors on my site are working fine on all platforms, Phones, tabs, desktops, laptops and on all browsers, except the text editors in the vendor area.
      i cannot reply inquiries, input product descriptions, etc.
      Please help.

      And it’s related to tinymce editot.

      Possibly this is due to Autoptimize, can you please disable this once and take a look.

      Please if i deactivate autoptimize, what other plugin would you recommend i use to optimize my site?

      Hi,

      You may off course use Autoptimize but set JS optimize setting like this -> https://ibb.co/1LLjFRJ

      You may use this plugin as well – > https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fastest-cache/
      It will best to exclude WCFM dashboard from caching/optimization.
