I checked right now and work when Vendor see the tickets Support.

When a Customer see the ticket support can see all

That happend because the capability affect only to vendor.

There is a options with filter ?

OK, keep add this code – add_filter( 'wcfm_allow_view_vendor_name', '__return_false' );

I see with the new updates what you made.

I am not very convinced that it was the best solution.
On the one hand, placing Keymaster does not make it possible to distinguish between the seller of a store or the administration of the website.
What if they leave the client’s name as is, and instead show the name of the store? In the case of the administration of the site will be the name of the web.

I have a second option for you.

Leave things as they are until now and just add the avatar again, I always thought it was good to have it.
With this, I can change the “keymaster” text for something common to the vendors and the administration.

I think that all that you need it’s to change the admin avatar and the admin personal name for a web page name.
– We may change this to Site Logo and Site Name.

Well, everything is there to show Admin profile image as Support Reply.

But, why it’s not working in your site, strange!

Well, please know me two things –

1. Is your site is multi-site setup?
2. What is your database tables prefix? Is this different than “wp_”?

Hi,

We have good news !!

1.- I’m not have multi-site setup
2.- Yes, for security reasons I have a different tables prefix.

I change to default prefix and work !

But, how you can see in the attach, still showing the admin personal name.

So, I think that need it to ask to database not only to a default names like wp_xxxx
Will be better if you ask to custom prefix or defaul prefix.
The other one is to not affect to other user of your ultimate plugin, it’s maybe add a placeholder in profile asking what we can see show in the ticket support.

With that, will be easy to see who are writing.

I saw just one thing that maybe will be better, what if you show in the first question of the customer, her name ?, because we can go to the order to see, but will be more faster if you show her name.
