Ultimate License Not Activating

We're shifting our Forum based support to a more dedicated support system!

We'll be closing our Forum support from 10th June, 2020 and move to Email Support assistance.

From now the forum will be read-only!

    Hi there,

    I have the correct API license key and email address entered in my settings but I keep receiving an error stating WCFM Ultimate is not activated and when looking in my account it shows 0 out of 2 activations.

    Can you please help?
