Unable to activate Ultimate

      I am having some issue.
      The WCFM – Ultimate License Key has not been activated, so the plugin is inactive! Click here to activate the license key and the plugin.

      I put in api and get this message:
      Exceeded maximum number of activations.

      I then check
      Deactivates an API License Key so it can be used on another blog.
      and try again but still get same error when entering api key and email.
      Please help, thanks
