Urgent: Options missing for Store Vendor Capability.

My store vendors have complained that features they had previously are no longer available. I can see in my capabilities section for store vendors that they are missing PDF Invoice and PDF Packing Slip options – whereas the store managers capability has these options available. How can we get these back to choose from for Sytore Vendors? There seem to be a number of options missing from store vendors capabilities….. Please can you address urgently.

Hello,

Have you disable/turn-off the “Store Invoice” module from WCFM dashboard->Setiings->Modules (PFA)
Then Turn-on the option.

Hi,

Did you add any custom code in your site?
Please check once only activate WooCommerce, WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slip and our WCFM plugins(WCFM-Ultimate plugin is required as you know).
Then let us know still you having same issue or not.

Ok I did not have the Woo Commerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slip Plugin installed – did the system have another way to print invoices previously as vendors have said they were previously able to then the pdf option on their orders disappeared?

It is now showing up as an options since I installed the plugin. Thank you.
