Friends, there is a problem with the marketplace.
Unfortunately it is a random problem so I can not understand why it occurs.When a customer places an order, it is reflected in the seller’s system. However there are exceptional cases in which the order is received but is not reflected in the seller’s system, however from the administrator’s system if they can be seen.
This problem has some months, however I decided to collect several orders in that situation and from the same seller so that you can analyze them.

I just checked and found that this happen to only “shopitec” vendor.
Are those products assigned to this vendor after order placed?

no friends this store has always been active, in fact it is from us and we never leave it offline. As you will see the level of sales in this store is high and that is why we can observe this error,
