Vendor earning calculations are wrong

      Hi,

      We are using WCFM – Ultimate, WCFM – Marketplace, WCFM – Memberships, Groups and Staff plugins.

      When we look at the Order generated and the Earnings for the Vendor on the Dashboard, we see wrong values.

      Order generated: Shows wrong ‘Earning’ number. It shows the GST + Commissions as my earnings instead of Gross Sale – (GST+Commissions) as my Earnings.

      Reports Dashboard: It shows wrong earnings again the same way. It should show the Sum of the Nett Sales amount instead of the Sum of GST+Commissions.

      Hi,

      DO you have switched your multi-vendor plugin from WC Marketplace to WCFM – Marketplace?

      Is this regarding that old site or it’s a new one!

      Well, WCFM Marketplace commission mode is two types – Admin or Vendor

      Now, which you are using?

      Hi,

      Yes, we now switched to WCFM Marketplace. We ‘Deactivated’ the WC Marketplace plugin.

      We believe, irrespective of the mode – the Earnings should be ‘Gross – (GST etc)’. Just summing up of commissions cannot be deemed as my earnings as a Vendor.

      Please fix this issue at the earliest. We are nearing launching phase.

      Hi,

      “the Earnings should be ‘Gross – (GST etc)’” – you may manage this from commission settings.

      Disable “Tax goes to vendor?” option from WCFM Admin Setting -> Commission setting

      This was commission mode setting issue.
