Vendor gets redirected to the message page"Under Review"?

      Hi WCFM,

      Recently, our new customers who wants to apply to vendor, once they registered, it used to be that it will redirect them to the setup wizard immediately. All of the sudden, now when people register vendor, after registered, they will be redirected to a message page saying “Your application is currently under review”

      We double check the setting under setting -> vendor registration, and we can confirm that the Require vendor verification is unchecked, and also Under Membership-> setting, the vendor verification is also unchecked.

      Can you please help us on resolving this problem? We didn’t do any setting changes recently and it just happen for some reason.

      any help will be appreciated!

      Hello,

      Please check each membership “Required Approval” settings. It should also be turn off. (PFA)
