      Two words, it’s empty. I get that WCFM is allowing me to create help docs for vendors, which is great, I’m glad it’s there. But…

      Do I really have to go through all the admin documentation to pick out the snippets that apply to vendors so that they can reference a knowledgebase on how the marketplace works?

      Is there a pre-made document floating around that has all the basics in it – specifically for vendors, not for admins?

      Anyone out there already have their site up and running and have the vendor basic instructions already installed? Can I access that?

      I have an ice-cold beer for the person who has this! 🙂

      Hi @TopSpider,

      We do have admin documentation as well but it might happen that it’s limited and you aren’t getting exactly what you need. For specific assistance in this case, you can mail us in and we shall try to guide you accordingly.

      This is very important for us as well. a well-drafted knowledgebase explaining the basic features which run parallel even on updates.

      I know this will be done, just don’t know when 🙂
