Vendor not allowed to upload an image

Hello,

My problem is : Vendors can’t add an image when creating a product.

Where can i change this setup please ?

Hi,

Which multi-vendor plugin you are using in?
If WC Markeplace then please check it’s settings -> Capability, keep disable Media Not Allowed.

Also check WCFM Capability, and just press save once to reset capability.

Hope you don’t have any additional user role manager plugins.

I’m using WC Marketplace.

– WC Marketplace = Download image : Allow vendors to upload images (see attachement) is checked.
Please send me a picture if I did something wrong.

– WCFM Capability = I reset capabilities. Vendors are allowed to upload images.

I don’t think any of this plugin can make a difference with user role manager.

Also, i disabled the plugin : User Role Editor.

Still not working :/

Well, Vendors now can upload images. I don’t really know how i did it but it’s working.

Hi,

Ahh … that’s great. But just to mention, User role editor change WP user cores, so even after deactivate that it’s effect continues.

Upload image does not only depending upon “upload files” capability, it’s also connected with “posts” capabilities.

Actually I didn’t changed anything with User Role Editor plugin. Just wanted to be sure that vendors can upload files. But i’ll keep in mind your comment.
