Vendor registration problems

      Hello,

      We have problems with vendor registration process. After someone fills the form for registration, will receive in the platform the role subscriber and we will receive in WCFM a notification in order to verify he/she and aprove/reject the request. Unfortunately in 5 cases from 20, we didn’t have in WCFM this notification (with all the information submitted). For this 5 vendors we can see that they are subscribers in the platform (in wp-admin), but they don’t exist in WCFM. The information that they submitted exists in the system, we could find it with a data export plugin.

      Please tell me what to do, what could cause this error?

      Hi,

      Well, if you have enabled “Vendor Approval” option then user will register as “subscriber” for the site and Admin will receive approve/reject notification.

      Now, after Approval that user will become vendor for the site and visible under WCFM Dashboard -> Vendors list

      Thanks for answering so quick.

      Well, if you have enabled “Vendor Approval” option then user will register as “subscriber” for the site and Admin will receive approve/reject notification – for some of them (5 from 20) the admin doesn’t get notification and they are not visible in WCFM. We can see them only in wordpress – users (in wp-admin). In order to see them in WCFM we have to change the user role from subscriber to vendor in wp-admin, users.

      Hi,

      We have debug this but can’t find any reason for this!

      This only possible if user register but do not complete full membership subscription steps.

      Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated related to registration?

      2019-07-02T04:22:51+00:0 – this is very old date log. Is there any recent date log ?
