We have encountered a problem, so in before, our vendor finishes their registration, then it will direct them to setup wizard, then after they become vendor automatically.

Recently (we didn’t do any changes), when people register for vendor, after registration, they are redirected to vendor-membership/?vmstep=thankyou page, saying this message:

You have successfully submitted your Vendor Account request.

Your Vendor application is still under review.

You will receive details about our decision in your email very soon!

      Thank You”
Since we did not check for “Required Approval”, we shouldn’t be redirect to this page.

and then, the user’s role become “subscriber”, and we cannot do anything about it.

Can you please check for us that why this is happening? in before it was working great, now the flow just gone wrong.

      our website is:

Please see some screenshot here: – This is the page we don’t want to be redirect to – This is when people registered vendor, they become subscriber. – This is our vendor registration setting, as you see required approval is unchecked.

Solved it myself by deactivating the membership plugin and re-activating it, so I don’t know what was the actual problem.
