Please know me that user role using which you are trying to register?

or, if this user is a vendor and already have “membership” plan then he is not allowed to access this page.

I am trying to create a NEW vendor account. It does NOT have an existing membership plan.

1. Using WCFM Vendor Registration page?
2. WCFM Add New Vendor Page
3. WCFM Membership page
4. WP user panel -> Add New user

– which one you are using for the purpose?

When I am trying to registration from “wcfm_vendor_membership” shortcode page. After registration successfully, I am getting this “https://imgur.com/a/xOFdDW8” issue and user role set “None”. This not working properly. Can you please give instruction to set role for this page.

Tell me one thing, are you registering as a non-logged in user?
Or, as a exisuuser with some other user role?

One more thing, do you any other membership plugin or some plugin for user registration validation?

Yes, we are registering an a brand new, non-logged in user.

We are ONLY using WC Marketplace Membership plugin. There are No Other registration or membership plugin options installed.

Is there something we are missing? Our vendors can’t seem to register.

Hi,

I have test registration process in your store and it’s working perfectly.

I have tried as new user and as existing user – both are working fine.

Between, your site has too many redirect issue and that increase site load time infinite!
