      Vendors cannot register on the MARKETPLACE Platform we built with WCFM as the systems requests for verification code. It KEEPS saying that the verification code has been sent to the email address but no such email ever arrives.

      Please what do we do?

      Hi,

      Please keep this plugin install to your site – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
      You may check from log whether verification code email triggered or not?

      Many times emails are getting delayed because hosting mail server. And hope those are not reaching at junk/spam folder!
