Vendor send message to Admin

      Is there an option for vendor to send support message to admin the same way a user send to vendor?

      Hi,

      Vendors are allowed to message to Admin using “Direct Message” module – https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-direct-messaging/

      Yes but without the ability to answer. It would be useful to be like in the support category brtween vendor and admin like it is between clients and vendors

      Well, there is no such direct threaded chat option there for admin-vendor.
      But both are allowed to send message to each other.

      You may use “Notice Board” for general discussion between all vendors and Admin.
