      Hello,

      I have set up that shipping cost goes to vendor. However, every time I do a test the shipping cost charged does not go to the vendor. What am doing wrong and how can I fix it?

      Hi,

      Please be sure, you have setup only Global commission setting and not at membership or individual vendors.
      Well, you may set commission at different level but all those should be “Shipping goes to vendor”.

      We are debugging this as well.

      Thank you so much for the help. It completely works now. Shipping cost is going to the vendor after a sale.
