      If vendor design a custom designs on t-shirts or clothes he need an option to show for a customer that he designs a custom designs on shirts if he is interested he enable the options if not he disable it.if enabled options should be showed on a customer product page that this vendors is going to do custom designs so he can add the details and logos to be designed.

      Well, for this there has some plugins, but none of those work for multi-vendor sites.
