Vendor Verification (WCMp) not showing on WC Vendor Dashboard (WCFM)

Hello,

We bought up WCMp’s Seller Verfication plugin (https://wc-marketplace.com/knowledgebase/wcmp-seller-verification/).

We want to be able to show this on the WCFM WC Vendor Dashboard. How do we get this to show in the navigation? Doesn’t look like the current Profile > Social fields link with WCMp’s Seller Verification

Also noticing that both WCMp and WCFM are both accessible from WCMp’s dashboard?

Seller Verification – first of all WCFM has no seller verification module yet!! It will be there soon but definitely not using WCMp seller verification add-on, WCFM will have it’s own (possibly part of WCFM Ultimate, no separate addon for this).

We have added WCFM dashboard links in WCMp dashboard at the very early stage but frankly now it’s irrelevant, will remove in next update (thanks for showing this).
Actually, if you go with WCFM dashboard then you have to keep WCMp dashboard at all (two dashboard will be most confusing for vendors).

Okay thanks. We’ll attempt to find a work around for now.

We purchased Ultimate. So this feature would be great to have!

Yeah I can understand your situation.

We can add a link to the WcMp dashboard seller verfication page from WCfM dashboard for now. But that will confusing for your vendors to access to different dashboars.

Actually, WCMp dashboards biggest drawback is you can’t access it’s any endpoints as a separate page, always whole dashboard is must.

But relax, this feature will be there in WCFM very soon.

Hope you already noticied that in every WCFM update you are getting something new.

In last update you have “Stock Manager”.

WCFM next version will have a feature called “enquery board”.

Just a brief of the feature –
1. Every product will have a additional tab called “enquery”
2. It will have list of question-answers
3. Customers may ask new ask question from here as well
4. Question will be show on associated vendor for the product
5. Vendors may add answer to that question and then it will show under that “enquery” tab
6. For a new question vendor will be notified via direct message and email
7. On reply customers will also notified via email
8. Vendor will also have a choice to mark that question private, if he marked then it will not visible under enquery tab for public

But, I can’t assure you that all features will relevant to your store.

Seller verification will be also there with 15 days possibly.

Actually we are now more focusing on Vendor Membership part so other developments are a bit slow down.

WCFM 3.3.1 has already released and it’s coming up with “Seller Verification” module.

It’s a WCFM exclusive feature, no other additional add-on required to work with this.
