MemberHi,
Thanks for get in touch with us.
You are right, whenever customer place an order total amount goes into admin account.
Vendor may get their commission using withdrawal system – https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-marketplace-withdrawal/There is only one pay option – “Stripe Split Pay” – this works as per your requirement, 10% in admin account and 90% in vendor account
Actually, PayPal has limitation for such pay option.
Thank You

MemberHi,
It’s clear saying that – you have setup wrong authentication. Please recheck your client ID and secret key which you have set under WCFM Withdrawal setting.
Thank You

MemberHi,
Are you testing with PayPal sandbox or live account?
If you are using sandbox then be sure you have enabled “Test Mode” checkbox under WCFM Admins Setting -> Withdrawal
Or, if you are using live account then be sure your PayPal account “Payout” already enabled.
Well, you may get any such documentation at PayPal – https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/direct/webhooks/my-apps-and-credentials/
Thank You
