Vendors are not receiving shipping costs

      We have a live installation where the vendors receive payouts, but not the shipping costs.

      Shipping cost goes to vendor is checked
      Shipping By Zone (and we have the zones set-up as we would like.)

      The shipping cost is calculated for each vendors in the order, but the cost is not included in the payment to the Vendor.

      In stripe we have

      • Direct charges
      • Connected accounts

      The above issue is on our live installation.

      I’ve set-up a development installation as well, but I am unable to Connect the Vendor’s bank accounts using the Test Data. I can go through the process of adding a Connected account, but in the final step I am re-directed to the login page and the account is not created.

      Hello,
      Possibly that vendor haven’t setup their shipping. So, shipping is not generating for that vendor.
