Vendors can't access front end dashboard

      Hi,

      My vendors can’t access the front end dashboard. When they click on the dashboard page, they will be redirected to woo commerce my account page. What can I do to help this?

      Hi,

      Thanks for get in touch with us.,

      I think you previously had some other multi-vendor and vendor users were created using that plugin.

      Now, you have installed WCFM Marketplace, certainly those are not detected as vendor user for WCFM Marketplace.

      To resolve this do a simple thing, change those old vendor’s user role to “Store Vendor” and take a look.
