      Hi

      Not sure if this is a WCFM problem or a WooCommerce problem, but my vendors have uploaded a lot of PDFs and images, now one of them needs to download their material, and they get “Forbidden, access is denied”. If I do the same (go to the media , and try to view the pdf I also get that error)

      I have checked the folder permissions and file permissions (755 and 644 respectively),but there are an .htaccess file in the directory that says “Deny from all”

      what can I do ? what should I do ? any suggestions?
