Very confused about stripe connect split payement fee and refund from vendor

Hi,
i setup stripe connect and use split payment to give all payment to vendor after admin commission deduction.As i understand, stripe take 2,6 % and 0,40 by transaction .i am right ?
Suppose admin commission is 10% and customer add 100 $ product from vendor1 and 200$ from vendor2
Total will be 300$ and admin part is 30$

1. Who pay stripe fee?

A. admin ?
(2,6/100 X 300) + 0,4 = 8,2$
=> total stripe fee = 8,2$

B. each vendors ?

vendor 1
(2,6/100 X 100) + 0,4 = 3$
vendor 2
(2,6/100 X 200) + 0,4 = 5,6$

=> total stripe fee = 8,6$

C. each vendor and admin ?

vendor 1
(2,6/100 X 90) + 0,4 = 2,74$
vendor 2
(2,6/100 X 180) + 0,4 = 5,08$
admin
(2,6/100 X 30) + 0,4 = 1,18$

=> total stripe fee = 9$

2. When auto refund is enable, when vendor request refund, stripe will remove automatically our commission or we need to do something ?

3.vendor will need to refund customer manually or it is automatically handle ?

On stripe test we can only see marketplace payment, we can not access vendor in test mode because some autentication asked like phone number to get sms, in this way we skip as asked for development.But this don’t help us to understand process.

no Stripe SCA is not enable, must i set as enable as all vendor will be in europe like us ?
