      Hello !, there would be a possibility that when a shipment is made free when a minimum quantity is purchased, all the shipping means will also be visible ?, that is, that they are not canceled and are not seen.

      I want the customer to be able to choose between a quick means of transport or free shipping that takes more days to deliver.

      I also want to know if it is possible that when a province is limited by postal codes, the codes that do not appear in that province may have another rate and then the rest of the country may have another rate, that is:
      London postcodes: 01, 02, 03 = € 20
      London rest of postal codes: € 25
      Rest of the country: € 30
