Wc Vendors page (list of vendors) not updating

As i am storing vendor store informations via front end manager,
vendors listing page is not being updated with new vendors.

I somewhere saw that wc vendors needed to save the store information first
to get the new vendors in vendors list.

As store manager replaced pro dashboard,
now vendors page is not showing the latest information.

Yeah sure, we will resolve this in next update as well.

It was working perfectly, possibly WC Vendors latest updates causing some issues.

Hi,

I have debugged this and found that everything is just perfect.

I think you have set vendor list page with short code – [wcv_vendorslist]

Now, WC Vendors display vendors in that list page if that vendor has any products. So you are not getting new vendors just after registration, add a product with that vendor account and you will see than vendor in that list.

There is an alternate of this as well, add this short code – [wcv_vendorslist show_products="no"]
This will show you all vendors, whether they have any product or not!

Sorry to say, still having the same issue.
No luck.

Created vendor.
Added store informations.
Added product.

Still no new vendors are showing on dealers (vendors) page.

Tried with your shortcode as well.

Created product with fronted manager (your plugin).

Tried these shortcodes.
[wcv_vendorslist]
[wcv_pro_vendorslist]
[wcv_vendorslist show_products=”no”]
[wcv_pro_vendorslist show_products=”no”]

One at a time.

Note: I am using wc vendors pro.

Tested again but no luck.

It doesn’t matter from where you have created products.
You may create product from wp-admin are and assign vendor.

Are you using any caching? Then please cleared that and check once.

Which theme you have? Possible to check using default or storefront theme?

Note: Somewhere i saw, wcvendors shows vendors only after that vendor account settings is saved from wc vendors dashboard.
My case: if i create a vendor, it doesnt immediately show up on vendors page. I need to save account details from wc vendros dashboard.
Only then vendors page shows list of vendors with the new one.

WCFM issue:
As i am using WCFM, so there is no wc vendors dashboard. So no account settings is saved from wc vendors pro dashboard.
Hence, vendors page is not updating at all.

Note: WC Vendors Pro and WCFM Ultimate : Using these plugins.

Already replied. Old vendors are shown there (their account details were saved by wc vendors pro dashboard: before installing your plugin)

– Well i use incognito window for testing. I dont think cache issue at all. Always use hard cache clear (Ctrl f5 for windows).

– Shopme theme (ShopMe – Multi Vendor Woocommerce WordPress Theme)
Checked with sotefront theme. Not showing all vendors. Same as previous theme (shopme).
Not a theme issue.

Note: I am using level dealer instead of vendor. But user role level is still vendor.

What is your site’s vendor registration process?

Are you using this plugin – “Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro”

I don’t think it’s WC Vendors compatible.

Well, if you are not using WCFM Membership for vendor registration then WCFM hs no control over vendor registration.
