After too many requests and long wait WCFM Chat Module has just released, thanks for your patience 🙂

Now this is available only for WCFM Marketplace, later we will extend this for other multi-vendor plugins as well.

Right it’s available only for WCFM own Marketplace module.

Ahh .. no, it has some limitation.

Actually, instant chat works using socket connection.
But very users has such servers which supports this, it’s also very costly.

I put the location in and nothing changes on the map

Now, why this problem happening to you site ?

It’s loading a very old map api and proper libraries are missing, and that’s break rest of the map integrations.

I have just disable that and now other maps start working as per expected.

Does the home page not show the markers to where the vendors will be instead of
the blank screen with just a mark in the middle of now where
Or is it possible to have just the Isle Of Wight showing

Actually, you are confused with map zoom I guess.
You have only 2 vendors so very low number of points, it zoom at high level.

When there will be many vendors it looks perfect.

I’ve contacted them and they said it is possible from WCLovers side and TalkJS already allowing this.

– Well, chat does not work for Admin right now. It only works for Vendor and Customer.

Hello,

Add “End Chat” option, because it keep appearing for the customer each time he look for a product from the same vendor, until customer text last then it won’t appear again, but sometimes the chat ends with vendor being the last to talk, and customer will get annoyed with the chat opening up all the time.

If you can add “End Chat” for both customer and vendor it would be very good.

But, main issue is “Vendor Compatibility”.

Such services only work for Admin-Customer.
