      I have installed WCFM over WC Marketplace and facing error in red color

      WCFM – Marketplace is installed and active. But there is another multi-vendor plugin found in your site. Now this is not possible to run a site with more than one multi-vendor plugins at a time.
      Disable WC Marketplace to make your site stable and run smoothly.

      Hi,

      Well, you are getting this conflict because WCFM also have own multi-vendor module.

      Check at your plugins list – WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace

      it’s feature list – https://wclovers.com/blog/woocommerce-multivendor-marketplace-wcfm-marketplace/

      Now, you may use this or WC Marketplace.

      But, you have to uninstall any one of these.
