Hello

This is really a great plugin for vendor shopping site.
Currently i m developing a site for multi vendor and i m using free version of this plugin and now i m thinking about to buy this but i have some question before to buy as below.

1. can admin change different accessibility to each vendor like specific vendor can only add product or manage order nothing else vendor can do ?

2. can vendor export all his order from date to date ?

3. can vendor change order status like processing or shipped ?

4. can vendor filter order according to order status ?

5. customer can directly chat with vendor or inquiry form to communicate directly with vendor?

6. can vendor add his own order status.

if if i bought this plugin and stuck somewhere will your developer help me to short out the problem and how they will help me ?

please help me i want this plugin ASAP.

I believe customers can’t direct chat with vendors. or they can?

It will be great if the developers can setup every possible things in the demo with different multivendor plugins.

Thanks for get in touch with us and it’s pleasure to know that you are already using WCFM and want to upgrade this.

Let me clear your doubts :
1. can admin change different accessibility to each vendor like specific vendor can only add product or manage order nothing else vendor can do ?

– This is possible but not by using WCFM U, for this you have to install WCFM – Groups & Staffs. Hence you can create group of vendors and assign different access to different groups like – product types, categories and other restrictions as well.

2. can vendor export all his order from date to date ?

– Yes definitely, from sales by date report page

3. can vendor change order status like processing or shipped ?

– No, by default vendor can’t do this. There has some very strong reason behind this why we have disabled this for vendors!!

Suppose a customer ordered for 3 items for 3 different products from 3 different vendors. Now none of the multi-vendor plugins create separate order for each vendor products, so there is only one order and only one status for the whole order. Now tell me, which vendor will be responsible for changing that order status.

Though we have created custom solution for the same for our few users and allow their vendors to change order status. But this solution has a strong restriction, a order will have only one product from single vendor.

4. can vendor filter order according to order status ?

– AS I have already mentioned you there is nothing such vendor orders, so vendor can filter only by date.

5. customer can directly chat with vendor or inquiry form to communicate directly with vendor?

– Please know me which multi-vendor plugin you are using in. If it is WC Marketplace then you already have a Vendor contact from for each vendor store, but there is no chat option.

6. can vendor add his own order status.

– It’s similar to point 3

– Yes definitely. Now it’s difficult to define how but we are trying to help our users in best possible ways.

Yes, you are right. There is no such feature for direct chat between vendor – customer.

We already have different demos for all multi-vendor plugins and even for major integrations.

If possible, I would like to see your WCFM ultimate, staff & analyze, all 3 plugins + WCMarketplace setup combined. maybe some extra plugins on the vendor menu, for example only for paid vendors special plugins.

On your above demos, not combined all.

You could demonstrate best experience with your WCFM ultimate +3 plugins best possible ways. multi vendor systems getting better with your wcfm ultimate. just show it fully.

Also, never stop to improve it and add more features continuously. this is something every multi vendor platforms needs, so have to get.

Really thanks for the suggestions.

We have actually tried to install as many possible plugins in our demos.

And off course all demos have WCFM Ultimate and WCFM Analytics installed.

But definitely not WCfM Groups & Staffs.

You may check our Groups & Staffs demo, it’s setup using WC Marketplace and also have Ultimate installed.

But definitely not all other third party plugins.
