WFCM – Analytics version 2.2.2

    Hi there,

    Our website started to have an issue when we upgraded to the latest version of WCFM Analytics to 2.2.2. We get a “connection timed out” to our website. I’ve worked with our hosting provider and was able to narrow it down to this plugin. It is currently disabled on our website to have it functioning again. Are you able to take a look into this issue please? Thank you!

    connection timed out – connection timeout with which server? Site is not opening?

    Hi,

    Yes, that is correct. Connection timed out to the website, it will not open up when we have the plugin enabled. It worked well on version 2.2.1

    Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

    Checked the logs and there was no error generated. I’ve re-enabled the plugin again and will let you know if it generates an error.

    Hi there,

    Checked the logs and do not see any unexpected errors. Also, we have enabled the plugin for a day and seems to be working fine now once disabled and enabled it. Will keep monitoring and let you know.
