WFCM ULTIMATE with RENTAL

Hello,

I’ve just purchased the WFCM Ultimate plugin, i thought it had the rental plugin included according the infomration i see here:

Looks like i need to purchase another plugin for rental? Which one is the plugin used on that demo? i would like to use the same.

Also,here mentions that there is a customer-vendor live chat, i can’t see this functionality neither https://wclovers.com/product/woocommerce-frontend-manager-ultimate/
