I noticed that customers can be added only manually, that is senseless…
There is a way to add customers into this list automatically when they buy something from the vendor store?

Off course, those customers also listed under customers dashboard.

Vendors also allowed to delete customers, but then that customer should be added by that vendor!

Customers is like vendor’s leads.

ell, if you do not like this module then may disable from WCFM Admin Setting -> Modules -> Customer

You see, you, as an administrator, are a reseller, and you look at the customers who bought you
If nobody bought you, you can’t see customers here
Customers see the vendor with whom the customer purchased

If you want to manage all customers, then you can control them directly in wordpress-> user

now you understand? nobody bought you, so you can’t have customers here

I have done a lot of buy/sell from different users on my marketplace and none “customer” has been added!!!

So, what is his purpose If they are not added automatically and is also impossible to delete them?
Why a vendor can create a new customer and not delete it???

I want any user can see/manage his customers…like this plugin says, and this is a multivendor plugin!!!
I know I can manage all from admin!

you are the vendor Admin

You have other vendors registered, like Alpha and Beta

If the customer buys at Alpha, only Alpha sees him
If a customer buys at Beta, he only sees it as a beta
These Admins do not see these users
If the customer buys from Admin, only the Admin sees it

You have to be a Store Vendor to see your customers on the page you mentioned.

And NO CUSTOMER added to that list!!!

Do you use the WOOCOMMERCE FRONTEND MANAGER – GROUP & STAFF plugin?

Do you have these rights properly enabled in groups?

Well, you’re using Groups.

Groups have superior capabilities capabilities.

If you do not have this option enabled by default, it will not work in capabilities groups even if you have it there.

Can you verify that you have this turned on by default?

(unfortunately there is a translation error, even if I have the ENG language turned on, I see the menu in my native language, so I attach notes to understand)

Ok Fany…thank you for the video…but you understans is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO ADMIT ALL VENDORS TO ADMIN!!!

THIS IS INCREDIBLE FOR ME…for a multivendor marketplace and for a not free plugin.

please WCLOVERS do a “delete button”

and made customers goes automatically on that “function”.
