Where can I customize emails for after successful registration to vendors?

      I tried just translating it but couldn’t find the strings for

      No, I use Loco translate for translation.

      Please, see the link with documentation about where to put your language file.

      https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners

      If you don’t put your file in the correct place, you will lost with every update your translation.

      Hi,

      I am aware of the file location. I don’t think this is a translation issue. The welcome email messages is customized through settings and the problem is the customized message is not showing. Also the default message is not translatable since the strings aren’t present.

      I tried deleting the whole custom message and use a single word “test” instead -> same result.

      It has two separate two different setting option – Welcome and Thank You

      Hopefully, you want to change message vendor see after registration. That is from “Thank You” setting.

      Hi,

      No you’re mistaken. I’m not talking about the message shown on page after registration. The page contents works fine.

      I’m talking about the email sent after a vendor got approved. More specifically, Membership -> “Welcome Email” tab -> Vendor Welcome Email

      Hmm okay, thanks for the effort.

      I know it could be hard to pinpoint the problem if you can’t replicate them.

      Could you answer one more question for me?

      So I noticed the email I kept getting is a bit different from your screenshot.

      Mine is
      Subject:
      [site_name] Successfully Registered

      Content:
      Hi [first_name],

      You have successfully registered as vendor to our site.

      Your account already setup and ready to configure.

      Kindly follow the below the link to visit your dashboard.

      Dashboard: Visit now …

      Thank You

      Where as in the screenshot

      Subject:
      [site_name] Successfully subscribed.

      Content:
      Hi [first_name],

      You have successfully registered.

      Your account already setup and ready to configure.

      Why is there a difference? Could it be because I haven’t set up membership plans or something along that line?

      Correction: screenshot actually says “Dear [first_name]”, where as mine says “Hi [first_name]”.

      Yeap! Solved it. Turns out I never set up a membership plan. Therefore it kept showing me that email. Set up a plan and it’s working.
