Withdrawal requests are mixing invoice amounts incorrectly

      Here is an example.
      Withdrawal Request
      #000006 #W16, #W17 = $2.25
      W16 is for .75
      W17 is for 2.25

      Where is the money for W16? The total showing in the Payment column should be 3.00 correct?

      All of our withdrawals are like this if there is more than one order ID. It is a mess.
