however this is what I see in my screen
here is my settings screen 1 and screen 2 and this is the commission settings screenso in the withdrawal screen here I see all orders # 1 and # 3 are COD then why I have to transfer the amount by bank to the customer
in the revese screen .. I see only the products for orders paid through cash on delivery and the balance is clear and correct..
is there something missing I do not undersand why in withdrawal screen I see all the orders and it seems I have to send all the amounts to the client?

Hi,
Please go though this to understand, what is “Reverse Withdrawal” – https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-marketplace-reverse-withdrawal/
This is only useful only when payment collected by Vendor directly from customers (e.g. COD).
Thank You

would you please check the withdrwal screen https://prnt.sc/oy7bzc .. I do not think it is correct it includes all the payment types: online payment and cod??
it should only include online payments only - September 2, 2019 at 1:47 pm #79642WCFM ForumMember
Hi,
Please do not confuse between Custom Payment method and Vendor Payout payment methods.
Those are totally different.
Thank You

please explain me this screen then https://prnt.sc/oy7bzc
vendor payout method here is bank transfer
and order payment methods are either COD or Online
I am assuming that the withdrawal screen is only for the payments done online is that true??- September 3, 2019 at 5:46 pm #79849MarsMarsParticipant
bear in mind in this option
Reverse or No Withdrawal Payment Methods</stong> Order Payment Methods which are not applicable for vendor withdrawal request. e.g Order payment method COD and vendor receiving that amount directly from customers. So, no more require withdrawal request. You may also enable Reverse Withdrawal to track reverse pending payments for such payment options.
I selected COD, so in the withdrawal screen I should not see withdrawals for orders paid with COD based on the description above

Hi,
I am assuming that the withdrawal screen is only for the payments done online is that true??
– I am not sure, what you mean by this!
Vendor withdrawal payment method no way related to customer’s payment method.
If vendor has set preferred withdrawal method “Bank Transfer” then he will able to withdraw commissions only using this method. May be customer pay for the order using PayPal, Stripe or any other option.
Reverse withdrawal is applicable if vendor is collecting money directly for Customer. Hence he has to payback Admin Fee.
Here, withdrawal request has no meaning. using reverse withdrawal you may track how much amount Admin has to get from vendor.Thank You

ok .. in this screen https://prnt.sc/oy7bzc
the second order is 700 in total and the customer should have 630 and the site 70 as a 10% commission
why should I pay him/her 630 via bank transfer and the payment done through COD means he/she already take that amount? - September 8, 2019 at 6:53 pm #80747MarsMarsParticipant
I appreciate your feedback

why should I pay him/her 630 via bank transfer and the payment done through COD means he/she already take that amount?– Exactly, for such cases (COD) you have to use “Reverse Withdrawal”, where vendor will get full amount directly from customer.

If you do not see “Reverse Withdrawal” screen then disable this from WCFM Admin Setting -> Withdrawal Setting

Why these suppose to be under “Reverse Withdrawal”?
What are payment methods for these orders? Is that payment gateway enabled for “Reverse Withdrawal”.
Do not confuse with customer payment method and vendor’s withdrawal method, those are completely separate!
Thank You
