Yes, I already did that, but now it displays at the top above the store list. I don’t want to filter by country/location at all. I’ve hidden it with CSS, but is there a way to turn it off without doing this?

No. It’s turned off.

I’ve turned off the sidebar, but the location search now appears above the vendor’s stores. I only have vendors in one country, I don’t want a country search. I’ve turned it off with CSS, but there should be an option to turn this off shouldn’t there?

I didn’t contact ManageWP because it is your plugin which breaks their plugin and not your plugin which is broken by them!!! I can contact them if you want me to. Anyway, their FAQ says if ManageWP doesn’t work when another plugin is causing it then to contact you. But I can submit a support ticket for them if you want.

However, it’s easy to replicate this issue. Did you manage to replicate it?

I disabled verification module and no change.
