Yes this is possible using WCFM – Groups & Staffs.

You just have to create two groups –

1. Allow product management
2. Disable product management

As I told you, custom fields are stored in meta field, so you may use this for filter.

But how, it’s depending upon your filter plugin. I have setup this once using FacetWP and works perfectly, as I remember.

Exactly, that’s the reason we have changed the idea.

Previously it by default show actual store name but for long names things breaks down, so we keep it simple by saying “My Store”.

I think, 10 letters will be fine.
