Yes, it is strange.
It has only done this once so far. The second reminder for 2 days notice was ok and sent just once!
If you’ve not seen this issue before then it may just be a one-off incident.
I’m not sure but I may have been activating the siteground cache that day, I can’t remember.
Anyway, I’ll keep an eye on it and let you know if it happens again.

There are none, it only goes wrong with yours, can’t you hear me!!!!Everything worked perfectly until the last update which breaks the fontawesome 5 icons (which is already loaded by the theme.
If I downgrade everything is OK, this problem occurred with your update.
I’m not asking you to downgrade your plugin.
It’s OK I know not to buy any more of your stuff. I can manage with other plugins without this lousy attitude from you to a paying customer.

I am using the latest version of Rehub Version: 7.9.5
I downgraded your two paid plugins, Ultimate and Groups & Staff but the problems persist.
I also downgraded the free WooCommerce Frontend Manager plugin and that resolved the issue. So it appears the incompatibility is coming from that plugin.
There are no settings for the Fontawesome 5 in the Rehub theme, it is loaded by default.
Is there a snippet of code you can provided to fix this for me.
I’ve paid for the plugin and don’t understand your reluctance to look at this and offer a fix since the update has caused this problem.
I am willing to pay for support, I just need this fixed ASAP, and stop this back and forth blaming everything else but yourselves.

I’m using Ultimate and groups & staff.
I was going to buy more of your plugins but I’m having second thoughts now.
Like I said If I downgrade, I won’t get future updates because they will re-introduce this issue.

Are you going to provide more help other than a one line response which leave me hanging.
I’m not a programmer I’m your customer having problems with your product after the last update.
Please provide me with a solution to fix this bug or incompatibility with your plugin.
I spent $88 with you on this less than 4 weeks ago and I need help.
I don’t mind doing the job myself if you give me the instructions.

I don’t think you read my previous reply about the error correctly.
I said that I’d used the code from the email. The code shown in the email is wrong, the tags are being stripped inside the email.
I then used the code supplied here in the forum and everything worked perfectly.
So all is good.
It maybe better if you don’t show the code in the email, just provide a link back to the forum. That will avoid issues like with stupid people like me copying the code from the email. See the attachment.

I added the code provided in the email and when I reloaded the page I got the following error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘&’ in /wp-content/themes/rehub-blankchild/functions.php on line 38It seems the code is being parsed in the html email making it useless.
Anyway I used the code from here in the forum and all is good, the short descriptions for articles have been disabled, thank you.
You also said you would provide the code for this question below.
Q1, Is it possible to have the vendor articles appear on the vendors store page?
