    Hi,
    I try to do updating the status to shipped, but it said “the status not allowed, please go through shipment tracking” which mean I have to fill all URI for each 3 items on shipment tracking . 🙁

    how to do it once filling all item at once?

    Any suggestion? Thanks

    Hi,
    yes I did it right and from others place like store-manager/chatbox is working fine and also on product item is has chatbox and working.
    only at my-account/chatbox is not working.
